Glycolic Acid

Glycolic acid is arguably the most well-documented AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) and is known for its effective exfoliating properties. At the same time, it increases the skin's moisture level and contributes to smoother, softer, and more even-toned skin. Glycolic acid has a long history of safe and effective use in skincare.

Urea

Urea is an effective moisture binder that helps maintain the skin's optimal moisture balance. It strengthens the skin barrier, reduces dryness, and helps minimize rough and flaky skin. At concentrations of 10% or higher, urea also has a mildly exfoliating effect that softens the skin and improves its texture, while helping to prevent moisture loss.

Ceramides
